SEBA
is managed by ten-member volunteer Board of Directors composed of
area business and property owners. The role of the Board of
Directors is to oversee the general activities of the
Association. The Board convenes approximately every other
month to review the status of current projects, to discuss recent
events, and to determine any required courses of action.
Elections for the Board occur at that the Association's annual
meeting, generally held in the first quarter of each year. |

The day to day management of the SEBA is the responsibility Executive Director Michael McLaughlin of Urban Works, Inc. Urban Works manages a number of business groups in Minneapolis. Urban Works tracks many city-wide and local issues that impact all types of businesses.
